We have a co-sleeper that is beside the bed. She sleeps in that at night, or should I say slept. She has figured out that she can crawl out of it onto Mommy and Daddy's bed. So until a more permanent solution is made, I make sure she's a sleep before laying her down. I know not the best thing in the world, but it will have to work. Her crib mattress is currently in use, so the crib is not an option. (even if we had a mattress, don't think it would be an option).
Even though she has crawled properly a couple times, she mainly keeps her right leg tucked in a scoots to where she needs to go. I thought she was mobile, but making her way across the living room is reminding me of why we didn't leave drinks or breakable things on our end tables. She is definitely pulling up on things. And, Natalie has reported that she has pulled up and made her way along the couch.... Matt was watching her last night and he said she almost took a step towards him. Talk about brave! She can't even stand very solid yet, and she wants to walk? I foresee some major bruising in our future!
And of course we have to add a picture of Ava. She's getting very big too!
